OPHELIA CHONG / FOUNDER + PARTNER
Ophelia Chong is the founder of StockPot Images and Asian Americans for Cannabis Education (AACE). She is driven to help shape the new conversation of Cannabis and is guided by one mission: to advocate for the legalization of cannabis and offer truthful reflections of the faces and communities that embrace cannabis.
As well as leading StockPot Images, she also served as the Community Outreach liaison for THC Design, one of the top premium cannabis growers in CA, where she was responsible for LGBT, Veterans, Women, Minorities and Disabled outreach.
As an artist, her work has been published by Harper Collins, Gestalten (3 books) and other major publishers of books and magazines. Her latest collage work was commissioned by Simon & Schuster and will debut in the Fall of 2018.
Her career path has been formed by her 3 decades in photography, as an award winning creative director in publishing and film as creative director to three major film festivals, published artist and gallerist, entertainment and as an adjunct professor in education at Art Center College of Design – her path is non-ending because she believes that we all have at least five careers in our lifetimes.

BRIAN QUIGLEY / FOUNDER + PARTNER
Brian Quigley brings to Green Sky Strategy over twenty years of Brand Building, Marketing, Operations, Leadership and General Management experience. Brian is a proven leader for consumer obsessed businesses looking to create value and change.
Brian spent 16 years at Altria Group, with 7 years as President & CEO for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco and Nu-Mark, Altria’s innovation Company. In his time at Altria, Brian spearheaded the companies Harm Reduction strategies and worked to deliver results by creating change in the U.S. Tobacco business. Prior to Altria , Brian held branding and leadership roles with several companies, including Pinnacle Foods Corporation, International Home Foods, which is now part of ConAgra, Inc., and in the advertising industry. Brian has launched dozens of new products, created consumer focused innovation strategies and built businesses and cultures that deliver results. Brian is motivated by helping to change lives with meaningful brands.
After investing and strategic advisory work in cannabis, for over four years, Brian formed Green Sky Strategy with Cannabis Community leaders Jim McAlpine and Ophelia Chong to create the first Cannabis Strategy team that combines deep cannabis industry and consumer experience with proven Fortune 500 strategic thinking. Brian brings strategic insight, operational leadership and break through thinking to all of our clients.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Brian serves on the Board of the Science Museum of Virginia Foundation and on the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges.

JIM MCALPINE / FOUNDER + PARTNER
Jim is a lifelong entrepreneur and executive with over 30 years in sales, marketing, brand development and event production. Creator of the world’s first online lift ticket, Jim's first company, SnowBomb.com, was a technology and services for the ski industry . SnowBomb.com utilized a ground-breaking digital marketing strategy allowing the company to flourish while others in the dotcom industry were failing. Jim still owns and produces some of largest consumer ski shows in the luxury travel industry.
McAlpine moved on from the ski industry to focus on the cannabis space. Not only as a businessman, but also as an activist. Jim has focused his creative energy creating innovative events such as The 420 Games which was recently acquired by Civilized, the leading lifestyle brand and multi-platform media company in the cannabis space. He is also the Executive Director of New West Summit, the first tech based cannabis event. Jim’s award-winning events and brands have been recognized by major global media and McAlpine is one of the more well known faces in the cannabis world, working to helping to normalize and mainstream the plant.
A prominent and featured speaker at major events such as The Super Bowl, SXSW, Harvard Medical School among many others. Jim is a polished activist that utilizes his powerful, creative team to positively influence an emerging industry with a mission to shape the future of the rapidly professionalizing cannabis industry.

Husong excels at working with cross-functional team executives including finance, investor relations and public relations to supersede organizational business objectives.
As a sales and marketing authority, Chris draws on his entrepreneurial and executive experience in cannabis, creative, and financial fields to develop universally over-performing outcomes for investors and brands. Chris' initiatives add value to the bottom line while creating industry-leading brand recognition.
Chris' strategies have established startup brands and brought companies through over-subscribed IPOs. His brands have been featured in national lifestyle and business outlets including Forbes, Business Insider, Now This, Quartz and many more.
As a public speaker, Chris speaks with passion about emerging trends, inventive solutions to industry challenges and case studies on universally successful marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
