Pete Diatelevi serves as Green Sky Strategy’s head of sales and distribution strategy. Pete is an accomplished senior sales executive with 20+ years of success leading field sales and sales operations at a Fortune 160 company. Throughout his 20+ year career at Altria, Pete consistently delivered unprecedented results via sound strategic planning, execution, recruiting, and talent development.
Pete held various senior executive roles at Altria including Vice President Region Sales and Vice President of Sales Operations. Here he was accountable for state and trade relations, customer service and supply chain logistics, trade marketing, sales analytics, and sales infrastructure (technology, merchandising, communications, third party management, recruiting and training). Pete’s excels at evaluating organizational/ operational efficacy and implementing solutions that improve ROI. In addition, Pete is the Founder and President of ARC Consulting, LLC. ARC specializes in providing strategic and pragmatic sales and distribution advisory services to both public and private companies.
Some of Pete’s accomplishments include leading the redesign and implementation of Altria’s 2000-person sales function, leading the strategic analysis and creation of three-year plan for Ste Michelle Wine Estates and designing a retail scan data acquisition system enabling visibility into transaction-level scan data.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Pete serves as an active board member for Communities in Schools of Richmond, VA
